My weights from Apple Health aren't showing

Open the Health app, tap your profile, then Apps > Lentra, and make sure Weight is turned on. Then open Lentra's Settings and tap Apple Health to import again.

Can you recover my photos if I lose my phone?

We can't. Your data never reaches us, so we have no copy. Your normal iPhone backup (iCloud or computer) includes Lentra, and restoring it to a new iPhone brings your photos back. For an extra copy, make a backup file in Settings > Backup and export, and keep it somewhere safe. Remember its password, because we can't reset it.

Restoring purchases

On a new phone, open the Lentra Plus screen and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. To cancel a subscription, open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

What happens after the free trial?

You keep everything you logged. You can still view and export it, and weights from Apple Health keep coming in. Logging, new photos, reports and the coach need Lentra Plus.

Deleting your data

In Settings, tap Delete everything, or delete the app. See the privacy policy for details.
